Patch ideas:
- Try feeding the VCO's out into the Ring Modulator before patching into the filter. Then take the Black Modulator in Audio mode and send its sine or tri output into the second input on the Ring modulator.
- Use the filter as a separate VCO if you turn the resonance all the way up and then control it with its CV In. It may not track V/Oct perfectly but will do for another sound source. If you modulate it with the other VCO's output, you can get some wild audio rate modulation.
- Take the S&H out from Black Modulator to create pseudo random melodies by patching it into the VCO's 1V/Oct input.
- Mixing the noise outputs from Black Modulator with the VCO's output in the filter (it has 3 inputs) can give you a little more character to the sound.
- The noise can even be used to directly modulate the VCO for even stranger timbres.
